Mindemics, LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7706. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Mindemics, LLC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

To receive your official Certificate of Completion for EMDR Basic Training through Mindemics, here’s what you’ll need to complete:

• Timeline: All training requirements must be completed within 12 months of your training start date. 
• Requirements: You must complete all 52 hours of training, including live lecture, supervised practicum, and 10 hours of consultation, as well as your final learning assessment and evaluations.
• Virtual Attendance Note: If you’re attending virtually, your camera must remain on for the full duration of training and consultation sessions to receive credit. This is an EMDRIA requirement for verification of participation.
• How You’ll Get Your Certificate: Once you’ve completed all training components, we’ll email your Certificate of Completion directly to the email you used to register. This certificate is what allows you to begin practicing EMDR therapy under your current license.

Attendance is required for all live training days (virtual or in-person). If an emergency arises, please notify us immediately. We’ll do our best to help you make up missed time, but EMDRIA has strict attendance policies for completion of Basic Training.

During practicum, you’ll pair with other trainees to practice EMDR therapy skills in a supportive environment. You will not be recorded, and your trainer/consultant will be there to help. Practicum is structured to help you feel safe, supported, and confident.

Our Kajabi Learning Management System is your online portal and this platform will track which modules you’ve completed. You’ll also get guidance and progress feedback during practicum and consultation sessions from your trainer and consultant(s).

Feedback is woven into every sing step of this training. So, you’ll receive verbal feedback during practicum, group consultation, and throughout your course engagement. You’re also encouraged to ask for clarification if you’re unsure about anything at all.

No. EMDR Basic Training is the first step toward certification. After completing Basic Training, you can pursue EMDR Certification through EMDRIA, which requires additional consultation hours, clinical experience, and documentation. We’re happy to help guide you when you’re ready.
