Training Description:
The ON-DEMAND Clear & Compliant: Clinical Documentation training, led by Carlie Deadman, LPC-S, provides mental health professionals with the knowledge and skills to ensure their clinical documentation meets the highest standards of clarity, consistency, and compliance. This course focuses on practical strategies for writing progress notes, treatment plans, and other essential records while adhering to legal, ethical, and professional guidelines. Participants will learn to avoid common documentation pitfalls, apply the “golden thread” for consistency, and confidently prepare records that withstand audits and legal scrutiny. With real-world examples and interactive components, this training equips participants with the tools to improve documentation practices and enhance client care continuity.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
